PREAMBLE
These Terms of Promotion “Free bet October sports promo” (hereinafter – the Regulations) is a public offer (adhesion agreement) of “BET.RU” LLC in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The purpose of advertising Campaign (hereinafter – the Campaign) is to draw customers’ attention to services provided by “BET.RU” LLC.
1. TERMS
1.1 The Organiser – the Organiser of the Promotion is “BET.RU” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser). Registered address: 3, 2nd Magistralnaya St., bldg. 3, Moscow, 123290. 1, bldg. 1, room 23, OGRN 1117746115486,INN 7743808721, “BET.RU” LLC operates in the organization and conduct of gambling in bookmaker offices on the basis of a license issued by the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 24 of 26.06.2012.
1.2 Website for accepting interactive bets of betting company BET.RU LLC is another place of activity for the organization and holding of gambling games in the bookmaker’s office, located at the network address GGBET.RU.
1.3. Promotion activation (applying for participation in the Promotion) – the activation of the Promotion, i.e. applying for participation in the Promotion, is carried out by a participant of the gambling game by clicking on the interactive betting site in the “My Bonuses” section of the “Accept” tab under the description of the terms of this Promotion.
1.4. Promotion participant (Participant) – an individual who has reached the age of 18 (eighteen years old) and has full legal capacity in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, registered on the site of interactive bets bookmaker’s office LLC “BET.RU”, passed the Promotion activation in accordance with paragraph 1 .3 of these Regulations, made an online bet of 4,000 (four thousand) rubles, and agreed with the terms of these Regulations, the Rules of accepting interactive bets and payouts of winnings, the Rules of Gambling “BET.RU” LLC in full without exceptions and exclusions. Each participant may participate in the Promotion an unlimited number of times, subject to these Regulations.
1.5. Exchange Tokens of the gambling establishment – the exchange token, as it is defined in p. 2, p. 4 and p. 5 of the Rules for cash transactions in the organization and holding gambling games, approved by Russian Federation Government Decree № 1220 of August 14, 2020, provided for circulation in the Bookmaker’s Office. Information about the number of exchange units is recorded electronically in the Client’s account (personal profile). One exchange mark has the equivalent of 1 Russian rouble.
1.6 The place of the Promotion is the site of interactive betting of the bookmaker’s office GGBET.RU.
1.7. “Participant’s Real Balance” – the amount of exchange tokens of the gambling establishment of the Participant on the interactive betting site of the bookmaker’s office GGBET.RU, deposited as an interactive bet and received as a result of betting on the interactive bet/part of the interactive bet.
1.8. “Participant’s Bonus Balance” shall mean the amount of registered exchange marks of the gambling establishment of the Participant on the GGBET.RU online betting site, received as a result of participation in the Promotions and other loyalty programs of “BET.RU” LLC.
1.9. “Bonus”/”Free bet” – a type of discount, in the form of a refund of part of the previously paid amount for a gambling service (bet), in accordance with these Regulations. The discount is provided as exchangeable marks of the gambling establishment to the bonus account of the Gambling Participant in the amount and order provided for in these Regulations.
1.10. Period of participation in the Promotion – it is possible to participate in the Promotion an unlimited number of times by placing interactive bets (top-up “Real balance”) from 4 000 (four thousand) rubles during the period from 27.09.2021 to 27.10.2021. For each online betting from 4 000 (four thousand) rubles, one “Bonus” is granted.
1.11. “Bonus Receiver” – a participant of the Promotion (gambler) who has completed certain actions in accordance with these Regulations.
1.12. “Wagering” – the procedure, under the conditions of which the Organizer allows the Participant to transfer the exchange units of the gambling establishment (under this Promotion) from the “Bonus Balance” to the “Real Balance”.
1.13. Terms and definitions specified in this section are not exhaustive, the terms and definitions given in the Rules of accepting interactive bets bookmaker’s office and in the Rules of gambling betting of “BET.RU” Ltd. are also applicable.
2.TERMS OF THE PROMOTION
2.1 Campaign shall be run from “27” September, 2021 till “27” October, 2021.
2.2 The Campaign may be terminated prematurely at the decision of the Organizer.
3.CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
3.1 In order to participate in the Promotion the Participant must comply with clause 1.4 of these Regulations as well as undergo the Promotion Activation procedure pursuant to clause 1.3 of these Regulations.
3.2 Promotion Activation means the full and unconditional consent of the Participant to these Regulations.
3.3 The Organizer credits the exchange units for the “Bonus Balance” not later than 27.10.2021 for those participants, who during the periods specified in p.2.2 of the Regulations, made the online bet (online bets) (replenishment of the “Real Balance”) in the amount of 4 000 (four thousand) rubles.
3.4 “Bonus” in the form of crediting exchange tokens gambling establishment to the “Bonus balance”, is provided in the amount of 700 exchange tokens gambling establishment for each committed online bet (replenishment of the “Real balance”) from 4 000 (four thousand) rubles during the period of the action.
3.5.1. The time of bonus granting, according to the conditions of p.3.4, is determined by the Organizer independently, but not later than the end of the period of this Promotion.
3.5.1. “Bonus” may be used by a participant of the action (participant of the gamble) during 5 (five) days from the moment of its granting, and only once, in order to make a bet of Ordinary type with the odd from 1.75 to 50.
3.5.2. in case of a winning bet, which was made by using the “Bonus”, the exchange units of the gambling establishment, calculated according to the results of such a winning bet, are shown in the “Bonus balance” minus the “Bonus” amount of 700 exchange units of the gambling establishment, used for the bet price.
3.6 The organizer reserves the right to refuse any person who declared his/her acceptance to participate in the Promotion.
At the same time, the right to refuse to accept the application for participation in the Promotion or to cancel the participation in the Promotion may be exercised by the Organizer also in the following cases
discovery of fraudulent actions on the part of the Participant;
If the Participant violates the provisions of the Federal Law No.115-FZ of 07.08.2011 “On counteraction of legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism
Violation by the Participant of the internal regulations of “BET.RU” LLC, namely these Regulations, the Rules of accepting interactive bets and paying winnings, the Rules of Gambling, the abuse of participation in this Promotion, etc.
3.6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to check the gaming history of the Participant of the Promotion (gambler). If the organizer establishes the abuse of an offer under this action, the organizer has the right to refuse to participate in the action to such a person.
3.7.A participant can make a bet corresponding to the conditions of these Regulations either by using the section called “Free bet” on the interactive betting site, or by selecting a bet corresponding to the conditions of these Regulations.
3.8.Participation in the promotion is not a risk-based agreement to win.
3.9. by submitting an application to participate in the Promotion, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms of these Regulations under Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in full and without exceptions.
